Shipping policy

All orders are processed/shipped within 3-4 business days of placing order with Priority Shipping. Express Shipping ships within 1-2 business day (IN “SOME” CASES SHIPPED SAME DAY IF ORDER IS PLACED BY 2PM, EST), this EXCLUDES weekends and holidays. See product description for "PRE-ORDER" shipping time frame. Orders placed AFTER 2PM,EST are processed the next business day in the order they are received. 

Hair Extensions: Please allow 5-7 business days for hair orders to be processed and 1-2 business days for shipping! *Orders paid with payment installments are not processed until payment is complete (2-3 days after purchase is made)*. 

We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrect given address, or refused packages. If a package is lost, stolen or damaged, a claim MUST be filed with USPS or UPS to receive a refund. 

You may track your package with given tracking number from your order confirmation email. Rozay's Boutique is NOT responsible for any delays on shipments once scanned in by postal service. 

Currently, we are not allowing pick-ups at this time!
