Rozay's Boutique understands that ordering online is not always easy. We strive to make your shopping experience hassle free. Which is why we have descriptions provided under each item to ensure you're knowledgeable of material and sizing suggestions BEFORE selecting and purchasing your desired looks. We are available to help directly with our online chat option or via email (rozaysllc@gmail.com). If there are any issues with item(s), complaint must be made with in "2 days" of receiving the item(s).

Please DO NOT return any merchandise to us without speaking to someone from customer service, FIRST.  

There are NO REFUNDS on any digital products, booking fees, or any services!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

CANCELATION: IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL AN ORDER FOR ANY REASON. THIS MUST BE DONE WITHIN THE FIRST 30 MINUTES OF PLACING ORDER, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
